Email hello@peachstateai.com with the asset (or a paraphrase if it's sensitive), the panel you ran, and the run ID if you have one. We triage daily during launch week.
If it isn't pulling its weight, this is the path.
After your first charge: email hello@peachstateai.com with the subject “refund request” (or just reply to any of our emails). Tell us in a line or two what didn't land. We'll set up a quick call if you want one, and on request we'll refund your first charge in full and cancel the subscription — any time within 30 days of that charge. The written guarantee lives in our Terms (§2a). We aim to action refund requests within one business day.
For founders, PMMs, agencies, growth leads.
We are running free pilot panels for a small number of teams in exchange for honest feedback and (optionally) a quote we can quote. If that's you, reach PeachStateAI via the contact form on the site. Tell us in two sentences what you would test and what would make the run useful.
